Shipping Information

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Fourways GP.

It'll be clear at checkout exactly when your parcel will be sent, but don't worry! You'll also get an email with tracking instructions.

Depending on your location and what you're buying, your shipping options may be more limited. It'll always be clear at check out what options are available to you.

Last order times for Courier services:

The Courier Guy -  orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are shipped the next day.

The Courier Guy orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Tracked shipping

All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.

Parcel forwarding services

Pleasure Co. is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders shipped to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been shipped to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.

Your delivery details

Please make sure your shipping address is up to date in your Pleasure Co. Account! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong shipping address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realize you've made a mistake before the order has been processed, please contact us  straight away.
